Fertility
A healthy pregnancy starts with a healthy couple. You may not have found answers using conventional medicine. My approach looks at both partners using a whole body approach, so no matter what your journey looks like, you can be healthier and feel better.
Up to 20% of infertility cases are linked to modifiable lifestyle factors like diet, exercise, and weight...

How It Works
-
We start with detailed lab work that looks at the story your body is telling about it's current status.
-
We look for holes in your diet that can be filled with simple changes.
-
We find supplements that support your body's natural processes, making the environment primed for a baby.
-
We look at the whole picture, both mom and dad, lifestyle, stress, medications, and food - getting to the root causes of infertility.
It's not a magic potion, it's a process of supporting your body so it can do what it is designed to do.
Why Are Men Required to Participate?
Sperm counts have declined by more than 50% worldwide in the last 40 years, and diet quality makes a measurable difference.

It takes two to make a baby. That's why I won't see a woman for fertility unless her partner participates. The man's health is just as important - so that's why I do testing, recommendations, and a detailed plan for BOTH the man and woman. By doing this together, you're optimizing your fertility chances, while also getting healthier as a couple.
